In the studio, each client project relies on a carefully selected set of tools to optimize collaboration, project management, and deliverable production. Here’s an overview of the tools we use daily to ensure high-quality results.

Collaboration

To maintain smooth communication and organize exchanges with clients, I use three main tools:

  • Figma: This collaborative design tool is ideal for sharing mockups and receiving real-time feedback. It allows clients and teams to work simultaneously on interfaces and prototypes.
  • Notion: Notion is our dashboard. We use it to centralize project information, track deadlines, and share documents with our clients.
  • Discord: In addition to the other tools, Discord facilitates instant discussions and audio/video calls for effective and informal brainstorming sessions.

Product Management

For product management, several tools help us stay organized, track progress, and analyze projects:

  • Linear: A powerful tool for task management and sprint planning.
  • Product Board: Ideal for collecting user needs and prioritizing features to be developed.
  • Lokalise: This tool simplifies product localization for an international audience.
  • Intercom: Useful for managing user interactions and gathering their feedback.
  • Amplitude & Metabase: These two analytics tools help measure product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Design Production

Finally, to bring visual creations to life, we use a range of specialized tools:

  • Illustrator: The go-to tool for vector illustrations and logo design.
  • After Effects: Ideal for complex animations and visual effects.
  • Premiere Pro: A powerful tool for professional video editing.
  • Blender: This 3D tool enables high-quality modeling and rendering.
  • Figma: Beyond collaboration, Figma remains essential in the design production phase for interface development.

Web Development

  • Webflow: A no-code web development tool that allows the creation of professional, responsive websites. It combines CMS functionality with a powerful visual editor, making it easy to design and deploy dynamic websites.
  • WordPress: A robust and flexible content management system (CMS) for building and managing complex websites. With its vast ecosystem of plugins and themes, WordPress offers customizable solutions for various needs, from simple blogs to sophisticated e-commerce sites.

These tools, combined with a personalized approach, allow us to work efficiently and deliver results that meet our clients’ expectations. Each project is unique, but the technical foundation and collaboration remain strong. Of course, we adapt to our clients’ preferred way of working.
